Beautiful product, helpful customer service!

My product arrived damaged but after a quick email to customer service they arranged for the damaged item to be picked up by a courier service and shipped me a replacement item that same day. The replacement arrived in perfect condition and I’ll be wearing it all summer! Highly recommend!

Ce sac est léger et les ganses très confortable sur mon épaules.

J’adore, manque que des détails!

J’adore le sac qui est ajustable et souple (se range bien) et très beau! Par contre, le zipper est bien jolie mais il n’est pas “smooth”. Faut porter un peu attention quand on l’utilise, mais il fonctionne quand même bien pour un ziper en métal!
