About our products

All bags and accessories by Dans le sac are made in Quebec. We prioritize local craftsmanship, carefully selected materials, and timeless designs to create beautiful, practical products that are built to last.

To preserve the beauty of your bag, we recommend spot cleaning by hand with cold water and a mild soap.

Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and ironing. Let it air dry completely and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun when your bag is not in use.

Canada: 3 to 5 business days. United States: 5 to 7 business days. Europe: 1 to 2 business weeks.

Yes! Our products come with a one-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase, in addition to any applicable legal warranties.

We recommend hand washing the bags in cold water and laying them flat to dry. Refer to the label and product sheet for each product
