Returns and Warranty

Our products are designed to support your everyday life, for the long run.
We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery.

Returns (30 days)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any item that was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.

To submit a request, please contact us at info@danslesac.co with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the product

We will review your request promptly and offer an appropriate solution.

Warranty (1 year)

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If an issue arises during this period, please reach out to us at info@danslesac.co. Each case is reviewed individually, with the goal of providing a fair and reasonable solution.

Please note

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • improper use or care
  • damage caused by accidents

 

Refund (if applicable)

Refunds are only possible for defective items or administrative errors. If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are unfortunately not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@danslesac.co.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
